Rinse & drain: Twice daily

Tip: Rocket seeds are mucilaginous—use a sprouting tray or grow as microgreens for best results

For Microgreens (in soil, coir, or on a grow mat):

Soaking time: Not necessary

Sow density: Spread evenly and press lightly into moist growing medium

Blackout time: 1–2 days

Time to germination: 2–4 days

Light: Move to bright indirect light or grow lights after blackout

Watering: Mist daily or bottom water
