Decal stickers can adhere to any hard surface and can show up on any color surface because it is backed with white ink.
Directions are as follows.
Do not use alcohol. Wipe your surface with a clean lint free cloth.
Run your squeegee over the decals and transfer tape to prevent bubbling in the decals and slowly remove the back carrier sheet from the decals.
Start applying the transfer, be extremely careful because once It's placed it cannot be removed. Something to hold the cup/blank in place might be helpful.
Burnish the decal well into the cup/blank. Make sure it is stuck like chuck!
Carefully remove top transfer tape and enjoy!
