Light Requirements: The Ti Plant thrives in bright, indirect light. It can tolerate lower light conditions but may lose some of its vibrant color. Avoid direct sunlight, as it can scorch the leaves.
Watering: Keep the soil consistently moist, but not soggy. Water the plant regularly, allowing the top inch of soil to dry out between waterings. Be cautious of overwatering, as this can lead to root rot.
Humidity and Temperature: The Ti Plant prefers a warm, humid environment. Maintain a temperature between 65-85°F (18-29°C) and keep it away from cold drafts and air conditioning vents.
Soil: Use a well-draining potting mix to plant your Ti Plant. A mix designed for tropical plants or houseplants will work well.
Fertilization: Fertilize the Ti Plant every month during the growing season (spring and summer) with a balanced, water-soluble fertilizer. Reduce feeding during the fall and winter months.
Leaf Care: To keep the leaves looking their best, clean them regularly with a damp cloth to remove dust. This will also help prevent pests from taking hold.
