Once the balloon-shaped seed pods mature, you can collect the seed for grinding as a seasoning or extracting the delicious oil. Approximately 350 seeds per gram. They are very nice and soft the matching pillow cases are big so you can put fluffy pillows in it they seam to be durable and the size is perfect they feel really soft to sleep with and they will also keep you warm Over all I recommend these comforter sets
