The brilliant blue flowers are absolutely amazing. Grown from seed at Kaede Bonsai-en, these trees are well established in 2 1/4" containers.

We cut both the Chinese and Japanese version back during the peak of summer and they back bud nicely making smaller trees.

Climate: Hardy in Zones 4-7, this is another great species to get flowers in a colder climate. 

Care: Chinese Wisteria enjoys high amounts of water and fertilizer during the growing season. Some growers choose to partially submerge their pots during the heat of summer to prevent drying out. 

Size: 6-10"

Notes: This is a deciduous tree and therefore will not have foliage during the winter.
