LisAdora® Apricot III brings an elegant, romantic touch to gardens and floral arrangements with its fully double, rose-like blooms in a soft apricot hue. Reaching 30 to 36 inches tall, this premium variety stands out for its sturdy stems, long vase life, and consistent bloom form. Part of the LisAdora® series, Apricot III is specially bred for exceptional uniformity and performance, producing abundant flowers with thick, ruffled petals that hold up beautifully in the garden and in cut arrangements. It's a favorite among growers for its florist-quality blooms and reliable color, offering both beauty and durability in every stem.

Also known as Texas bluebell or prairie gentian, lisianthus is a versatile choice for cutting gardens, borders, and upscale container plantings. Its soft, romantic color pairs effortlessly with other pastel flowers such as snapdragons, cosmos, dusty miller, and ornamental grasses. Whether you're designing wedding arrangements, fresh summer bouquets, or an elegant pollinator garden, LisAdora® Apricot III adds refinement and texture wherever it's planted. Its upright habit and strong stems make it a natural focal point in both garden beds and floral displays.

LisAdora® Apricot III Lisianthus performs best in full sun with well-drained soil and consistent moisture. Start seed indoors at least 10 to 12 weeks before last frost date in spring and set out seedlings once danger of all frost has passed. It thrives in warm weather and is typically grown as an annual in most climates, with a long blooming period from midsummer into early fall. What sets it apart is its florist-grade bloom quality, compact yet robust growth, and exceptional uniformity across plants—qualities that make it a top choice for both home gardeners and professional growers.

This seed comes as a pellet. Pelleted seeds are small seeds that have been clay-coated to make them larger and more uniform in size and shape, making them easier to handle when planting.

Very lightweight and not good for fetching
These balls are very lightweight. They feel like styrofoam. I try to use my Chuckit Chucker to throw them but they don't go very far and the wind will drift them in another direction as they are so light weight. Then, when my dog's saliva covers the ball, the moisture creates a suction in the launcher and the ball won't exit the chucker at all no matter how much force I put into the launch attempt. I guess they might be good for chewers, but not for throwing, if your dog likes to fetch. They would be good for throwing in the house as they won't damage anything.

Shockingly impressed
I have a heeler and he destroys everything. I thought I was going to be unimpressed at first thinking these were going to be shredded everywhere, but I have yet to see him destroy these and we have had them for over a month. I definitely recommend for high energy aggressive chewers.

Cheap and easily destroyed!
I bought these balls because they are advertised as indestructible. Frankly, tennis balls last 5x longer! We breed Cane Corso, and these don’t last even a few minutes with them. Definitely not indestructible and definitely not for aggressive chewers. Very disappointing. The search continues….

Great balls
So far so good. Belgian/pyrenees mix that loves chewing and destroying toys. He’ll have a hard time destroying these. They are light but carry well once thrown outside. Being light they are good inside on very cold days compared to something like a lacrosse ball. Better than Chuck It brand.
