To raise a feeder or basket, place both hands underneath the container and push upwards to the desired height. Lower by a few centimetres to engage the locking device. To lower a feeder or basket, place both hands beneath the container and lift up to release the locking device. When not in use, the Device is 21cm (8.5") long.
