The Padded Compact Stroller Travel Bag expands from 21"W x 23"H x 7"D to 21"W x 23"H x 11"D to fit even the largest compact-fold strollers. The adjustable, padded backpack straps ensure comfortable, hands-free carrying and scratch-resistant material has been added to the bottom of the bag for extra protection. The bright red Gate Check tag can be used if gate checking your stroller for added visibility. A discreet silicone AirTag holder is attached to the interior of the bag, allowing you to insert your own AirTag and track your valuable stroller. Backpack straps detach and tuck away during transit to avoid damage. The dual zipper, large opening makes it easy to take your stroller in and out of the bag, and can be locked for added security. There is guidance on which methodology works best for the project being planned. The guide also addresses the impacts and benefits of how using AI might impact the completion of routine tasks in the project management lifecycle. Also included is a comprehensive list of references at the end, for those wanting to dive deeper into the subject. Overall, this is a great guide for new project managers, as well as a solid refresher for those reentering the field, or looking for an updated perspective.

He goes into a lot of detail into each phase, different software you can use, along with visualization tools available like Gantt Charts and Kanban boards. It is a good comprehensive book that goes in to detail into each area of project management, what you should do to be successful and the various places that project managers typically fail. Finally, he covers final deliverables, project closer and doing a project review and releasing resources. I thought it was a very good book, well done and one that any project manager would love to have as a resource.
