Aloe 'Hercules' (Hercules Aloe) A large hybrid tree aloe that is the result of a cross between the large Tree Aloe, Aloe barberae (A. bainesii) and the smaller Quiver Tree, Aloe dichotoma. The plant exhibits hybrid vigor, growing faster than Aloe barberae with a heavier trunk, thicker branches and peeling bark more typical of Aloe dichotoma but with broad triangular dark green leaves. Relatively young large specimens can be seen in southern California and it seems likely that they will grow to 30 to 40 feet. Most of these plants have yet to flower but mature plants have beautiful green-tipped salmon flowers that can appear sporadically from spring to fall. Plant in full sun and water occasionally to infrequently. Hardiness reports are that it is hardier than either parent and can tolerate temperatures down to at least 20° F though unverified reports are that it has been hardy only to 23°F. It is a unique looking plant that sometimes confused with, but quite different from Aloe barberae or the yellow-orange flowering form of Aloe barberae that comes from Mozambique that is often referred to as the Medusa form of Aloe barberae and now described as Aloe tongaensis. Hercules aloe is a striking aloe tree that commands attention with its beauty, unusual appearance, and sheer magnitude once mature. As it gets older, the aloe leaves fall off the bottom, revealing a tree trunk on the bottom and leaving a crown of long, green succulent leaves at the top.Shipping Notes

It's 2 panels holding 1 big privacy screen. Can't use as 2 separate 4' panels, but works great.

This 2 panel privacy screen works well. Assembly was very straight forward, with easily labeled tubes. My son and I had it together in about 10 minutes, which was probably 3 minutes of me telling him to quit playing around and hand me the parts. It feels very sturdy, not likely to fall over or anything. The material fits well, with the Velcro being very strong. Measurements are all very accurate, with all pieces attaching properly. We have a similar privacy screen at work that we have to try and stretch out because the top and bottom Velcro doesn't fit quite right... this model does not have any issues though. The material is thin and light weight, but solid black so that you can't see anything through or behind it. I definitely think it's a great deal for the money.
What I think would have given it 5 stars though, is if you had 2 totally separate 4' panels instead of 2 panels with one big screen. It really wouldn't cost any extra to make it so that the screen was in 2 pieces and you could use it as 2 separate panels instead of having to use it as one big panel. It says 2 panel folding privacy screens, but it's really one big one that folds in the middle.

Turning One Big Room into Two

My apartment is basically one big open space, so my living room, dining table, and “office” used to all blend together. After I got this screen, the whole layout finally makes sense. I set it up in the middle and now I have a clear work side and a chill side, and my background for video calls looks way more professional. This divider is a fixed style, so when you set it down it forms a nice straight line. Visually it really feels like a light, mini wall, which is perfect for breaking up a large area. It’s tall and long enough that it actually blocks what you want to hide, so you get real privacy, not just a decorative panel. The woven texture looks nice up close and doesn’t feel cheap, and the color is easy to match with other furniture. It’s not overly heavy either and I can slide it to a new spot by myself when I want to change the room layout. Most days I pull it out as a clean background for meetings and classes, and when I don’t need it as a divider I just move it against the wall and it still looks good there. AKTOP Room Divider, Freestanding ...all parts fit well and easy to assemble and looks great. Using it for church & move back & forth weekly. Screws come out so I reinforced legs. Better if you don't move around a lot or you will need to reinforce legs. Priced well.
