All returns must be approved in advance. We will only accept returns in the original boxing plus a 20% restocking fee as we have custom printed this scarf especially for you.
We will not accept returns if the care instructions have not been followed.
If there is a defect with the scarf then we will be happy to either replace it or credit your account.
