This vertical trellis gives height and personality to your outdoor area.

H Potter does not offer discounts, but we do offer fast, free shipping and exceptional customer service.

Can H Potter provide detailed information about warehouse deals? 

We do not have specific pictures or information regarding each individual warehouse deal item. Warehouse deals are typically customer returns or photo shoot items. We inspect items upon their return to make sure glass is not broken, items have not been used or major components are not missing, this said, items could have dents or dings, hardware may be missing, outer boxes may show wear and tear. It is not feasible to provide specific photos detailing the issues as each individual item would need its own sku identification.

Does H Potter ship outside of the United States? 

H Potter is not offering shipping outside of the lower 48 states.  Duties and shipping charges to other locations are often more expensive than the item itself.

Does H Potter offer replacement parts?

Materials & Care 

H Potter metal trellises are created using heavy duty iron for ultimate durability. The trellises are powder-coated a charcoal brown, followed with a hand-applied faux black and finished with a high grade clear-coat protective sealer. This smooth finish can be spray painted once you receive your trellis if you prefer a different color.

To add a bit of extra protection to the finish, you might choose to apply a coat or two of clear spray paint annually to the trellis. Clear spray paint can be purchased at a hardware type store. Sometimes during transit or while the trellis is in the ground, small hairline cracks can occur in the finish due to the metal flexing. If you notice this has occurred, please spray the area with the same clear spray paint. Please use care during assembly. If you happen to mar the finish during assembly you should repair the area with a clear spray paint.

H Potter trellises are all packaged with ground spikes.

Don’t waste your money on this phone holder. I had a very bad experience with it, and it damaged my phone twice. The holder opens by itself without warning, causing the phone to fall out while driving. Sometimes I found my phone under the seats, and other times it dropped while I was driving on the highway, which is very dangerous and distracting. One time, the holder suddenly released my phone and it hit the handbrake hard, breaking the screen completely. I had to spend $500 to replace the screen. So, I have returned to purchase another one for myself and two more for my daughters. Then I don't have to worry about my daughters taking mine either. Yes, I'm finally thinking ahead, so maybe you should think ahead and get additional copies for your family members. Either way, try one and you'll likely be back for more. It makes a great gift. I highly suggest this product to everyone who needs a mobile device mount for their vehicle.

Well made, but not a good fit for Volvo XC40
One issue with this style of holder, is that the swing arm and holder add a fair amount of weight and extends that weight away from the vent, applying quite a bit more leverage on the vent. It may not be as much of an issue on horizontal vents, but the vertical vents on an XC40 will want to swing side-to-side with all that weight. As for the build of this particular holder, my only real gripe is the adjustment for the swing arm - after tightening the knob, there will still be some play in the arm...you have to jiggle it while tightening it down to fully secure it. The position of the release button allows one-handed removal of the phone, but really only works by pinching with your thumb on the screen. The clip for the vent accommodates relatively wide fins and the tabs can be rotated to help with stability or removed to provide more clearance (though rubberized tabs would be much more helpful).
