BEFORE ingesting any herbs for Medicinal Use ALWAYS consult with a doctor to ensure it is safe for your personal use and medical condition.

Holy Basil / Tulsi - used to help protect against infection, lower your blood sugar, lower your cholesterol, ease joint pain, and protect your stomach.

Echinacea Purpurea - used to shorten the duration of the common cold and flu, and reduce symptoms, such as sore throat (pharyngitis), cough, and fever. Many herbalists also recommend echinacea to help boost the immune system and help the body fight infections.

German Chamomile - often used for calming and soothing skin, inflammation, fevers, and the nervous and digestive systems, as well as inducing perspiration to flush out toxins, allergens and infections.

Yarrowused for fever, common cold, hay fever, absence of menstruation, dysentery, diarrhea, loss of appetite, gastrointestinal (GI) tract discomfort, and to induce sweating. Some people chew the fresh leaves to relieve toothache.

Milk Thistle often used for liver conditions, the herb is believed some to prevent or treat high cholesterol, diabetes, heartburn, upset stomach, hangover, gallbladder problems, menstrual pain, and depression.

***WASHINGTON STATE: Classifies Milk Thistle as an "Invasive weed" and we cannot ship to WA.  We will happily replace this with another medicinal Seed option (Calendula, Lemon Balm).  Please leave a note a checkout.

We recommend using our small Soil Scoop and our Potting Soil to help with planting these seeds.

An 8th grade teacher reads to students yearly
Format: Kindle
Because she made a point to tell me this has been apart of her lessons and she's been teaching 20+ years I wanted to know why!? Very educational for everyone especially in today's time. Compassion is lacking for people no matter the color of your skin, if every race read this then there would be anger but if they look past that its we as people need more compassion for others.

Format: Kindle
So very well written with searing details that bring the horrors of slavery in America into stark relief. It also shows that American slaves were Humans that created and lived in a loving family and community with it's distinct culture, knowledge, and traditions. And it shows how a caring and respectful people with a tradition of warmly greeting strangers, even those that look very different from them, similar to Native Americans in North America, get savagely treated and killed by Europeans. This is one of those special instances when a "loser" gets to write history...the whole history.

A well-written and engaging book
Format: Hardcover
I read this book for a college course, actually. It is difficult to call it a "good" book because the content is pretty awful, but it is well written. There are many sad and stressful moments; the author is very good at pulling you into the emotions of what it would be like to live through the horrors of slavery. My mom read the book after me as well. Neither of us could put it down.

Insightful
Format: Paperback
This book has been an absolute game-changer for anyone navigating the world of midterm rentals and seeking actionable insights to succeed. Unlike many other real estate books, it is refreshingly devoid of unnecessary fluff and gets straight to the point, offering invaluable advice that can be put into practice right away. Erin's expertise shines through in every page of this guide. Her approach is practical, well-organized, and laser-focused on helping hosts make the most of their 30+ day stays. What sets this guide apart is its emphasis on actionable insights. It's not just about theory; it's about real-world strategies that can be implemented immediately. Erin doesn't just tell you what to do, she explains why it works and how to adapt it to your unique situation. One of the things I appreciated most was the structure of the guide. Divided into four parts, it covers every essential aspect of midterm rentals, from property preparation and pricing strategies to guest communication and handling potential challenges. The step-by-step breakdown of each part makes it easy to follow along, whether you're a seasoned host looking to refine your approach or a newcomer eager to dive into the world of midterm rentals. Erin's Guide to Midterm Rentals doesn't overwhelm with jargon or complicated concepts. Instead, it provides clear and concise explanations, making it accessible to readers with varying levels of experience. The practical examples and case studies sprinkled throughout the guide add a real-world dimension, helping readers envision how the strategies can be applied to their own situations. In a market flooded with real estate resources, Erin's Guide to Midterm Rentals stands out as a beacon of practicality and usefulness. It's evident that the author genuinely cares about her readers' success and has taken the time to distill her own experiences and insights into a guide that is both informative and inspiring.
