Our patented dynamic sled handlebar integrates into a moving guide rail so the handlebar engages the user with movement and resistance for a truly immersive experience. Adjust resistance up to 1500 Watts with unlimited speed settings like a non-motorized treadmill and conquer up to 10% incline to craft your ideal intense workout. 5 different sled programs allow you to train for your desired result: Manual, Custom, Goal Distance, Goal Time, and Strength Testing. View the console to track your speed, watts/power, distance, and more under this mode.

Fixed Sled
Offers precise control and stability of a fixed sled handlebar, allowing you to target full body routines while honing your power and agility. Engage in sled push, sled pull, later, and backward sled movements as the belt is able to move in any direction and reach a resistance maximum of 1500 Watts. Experience unlimited speed like that of a non-motorized treadmill, and adjust the incline level difficulty up to 10%, perfect for customizing your workout. 5 different sled programs allows you to train for your desired result: Manual, Custom, Goal Distance, Goal Time, and Strength Testing. View the console to track your speed, watts/power, distance, and more under this mode.

Treadmill
Treadmill mode provides the user the ability to set the speed and incline to enhance endurance and running speed of the user. Take on more than 10x pre-programmed workouts designed to enhance your speed, endurance, and fitness. Goal Training and Quick Start also allows you to customize your own workout while pushing your limits every step of the way. Reach speeds from 0.5 to 20 KMH (0.3 to 12.5 MPH) while challenging a demanding 15-level, up to 10% incline to tailor an intense workout. Our easy-to-use console keeps you in control of your fitness journey, tracking your essential metrics such as speed, distance, incline, time, calories, heart rate, and program.

Backward Walk
Activating the treadmill's Backward Walk mode allows the belt to move in reverse, with a safety-limit speed ranging from 0.1 to 2.5 KPH (0.1 to 1.6 MPH). You can also choose from 15 different incline levels (10%), making it versatile for a wide range of body movements or suitable for a physical therapy regimen.

Decline Mode
Embrace the challenge of decline training, pushing your boundaries step by step. Simply activate the Backwards Walk mode, set an incline, and face the other direction to use the treadmill in decline. A Safety-Limit speed ranging from 0.1 to 2.5 KMH (0.1 to 1.6 MPH) and a demanding 15-level (10%) decline helps improve lower body workout or engage in physical therapy regimen.

Limit Speed
The Limit Speed mode is especially valuable for elderly or rehabbing users looking to maintain a secure exercise routine with a steady pace for their recovery. With the speed limit set to a steady and comfortable speed of 0.1 to 2.5 KPH (0.1 - 1.6 MPH), combined with adjustable incline levels up to 15, we ensure a safer workout environment.

FAQs

How is the resistance set?
The resistance is set by inputting a % of the max 1500 watt resistance: 100% = 1500 watts, 75% = 1125 watts, 50% = 750 watts, 25% = 375 watts.

What are watts?
Watts are a measure of the rate of energy transfer over a unit of time. That means watts take into account weight, distance, and time and are therefore a more accurate measurement of power than just static weight. Since weight is a static measurement and watts consider weight, time, and distance, there is no way to convert watts into weight.

Is 1500 Watts enough resistance for me?
Yes, 1500 watts should be more than enough. A professional cyclist produces roughly 1000 watts in short bursts/sprints. 1500 watts is more than 1.5x of what a professional cyclist produces in short bursts.

I'm one of the strongest people I know, what happens if I go over 1500 watts?
The console will read up to 9999 watts and always displays the current watt output that you're producing. 1500 watts is how much opposing force the motor will provide. If you set the resistance to 1500 watts and do not exceed 1500 watts, your speed will be lower than the default speed during sled mode. If you set your resistance to 100 watts and exceed 100 watts, your speed will be faster than the default speed during sled mode and the console will display your current watt output.

Is 1500 Watts enough resistance for me?
Yes, 1500 watts should be more than enough. A professional cyclist produces roughly 1000 watts in short bursts/sprints. 1500 watts is more than 1.5x of what a professional cyclist produces in short bursts. Check out this video for insights to the resistance on the ST-6000.

Can this treadmill accommodate taller athletes or runners?
Most certainly, you'll have a 61-inch-long running deck and 22 inches of width. We specifically designed the running area to be longer than most other treadmills to accommodate the extra length needed during sled movements. This is ideal for runners of all sizes and spacious enough during the highest resistance of sled pushing and pulling. The dynamic handlebar can be put into a fixed position and secured at the very front to stay out of the way. For comparison please watch this video

Can this treadmill go in reverse?
Absolutely! The ST-6000 features a bi-directional motor that allows you to walk backwards while still facing forward on the treadmill. This adds variety to your workouts and can target different muscle groups compared to traditional forward walking. Here is a video demonstrating the backward mode.

Very Good Godot Book
Format: Paperback
Great book overall! Best suited for beginners as it literally begins by conceptually introducing variables, operators, etc. Still, it's very Godot. And nicely up-to-date as well, focusing on Godot 4.x and GDScript 2. Note though that the book only covers 2D, which is a shame. Hopefuly, the author is hard at work on a text thast starts where this one ends and moves on to explore 3D in Godot. The illustrations are little muddy, but fortunately, Packt offers free downloads of (much crisper) PDFs with proof of purchase.

Learning GDScript with Godot 4" is an invaluable resource for both beginners and those looking to solidify their understanding of Godot's scripting language. This comprehensive guide takes you from the very basics to creating portfolio-worthy projects, making it a perfect starting point for aspiring game developers. One of the book's standout features is its in-depth approach. It covers the fundamentals thoroughly, ensuring that readers build a strong foundation in GDScript. The inclusion of numerous code examples is particularly beneficial, providing practical insights into how to implement various features and mechanics within Godot 4. Visual learners will appreciate the thoughtfully placed pictures throughout the book. While not overly abundant, these visuals effectively complement the text, helping to clarify complex concepts and enhance understanding. Despite Godot's increasing support for C#, the focus on GDScript in this book is well-justified. GDScript is tightly integrated with Godot, making it an excellent choice for rapid development and learning. The book's code-centric approach ensures that readers gain hands-on experience, which is crucial for mastering any programming language. Overall, "Learning GDScript with Godot 4" is an excellent resource for anyone looking to learn or deepen their knowledge of GDScript and Godot 4. Its thorough coverage, practical examples, and supportive visuals make it a must-have for your game development library. An Excellent Introduction to Game Programming using GDScript/Godot
Format: Paperback
You’ll get up and going quickly with an overview of Godot and then jump straight into GDScript by learning about variables, control flow, collections, loops, object-oriented programming, and concepts like DRY, KISS, etc. Then the fun begins by building game mechanics while learning specifics of Godot such as the node/scene system, reusing scenes, cameras, collision detection, creating user interfaces, and more. It also covers local multiplayer where you'll learn the basics of computer networking followed by learning about built-in multiplayer nodes provided by Godot. The final chapters cover some advanced programming patterns like event bus, object pooling, and state machines. By the end, you’ll have a fully playable single/local multiplayer game in the style of Vampire Survivors! I thoroughly enjoyed my time with this book and highly recommend it for anyone who wants to get started on their journey to learn programming and even for experienced game programmers who want to learn Godot and GDScript.
