True Tuscan Extra Virgin Olive Oil — cold-pressed from early-harvest Frantoio and Moraiolo olives on a single family estate in Tuscany, Italy, continuously farmed since 1803. This is one of the finest Italian extra virgin olive oils you can buy: small-batch, pesticide-free, and independently lab-tested to confirm every bottle meets medicinal-grade standards.

What Makes This Tuscan Olive Oil Different

Most olive oil labeled "Italian" is blended from multiple countries and refined to remove defects. This is not that oil. Our True Tuscan EVOO is pressed from a single estate in Tuscany using two of the region's most prized varietals — Frantoio, the only olive native to Tuscany, and Moraiolo, celebrated for its exceptionally high antioxidant content. The olives are cold-pressed within one hour of harvest on an ancient stone wheel, one of only two still operating in the region. No pesticides. No herbicides. No synthetic fertilizer. Ever.

Flavor Profile & Texture

This is a robust, assertive oil with a bright green color, an aromatic nose of fresh-cut grass and green apple, and a signature peppery finish that builds on the palate — the hallmark of high-quality, high-polyphenol Italian olive oil. The texture is smooth and coating without being heavy.

The Numbers That Matter

Our lab results confirm 463 mg/kg polyphenols — well above the 250 mg/kg threshold associated with health-protective benefits — and an acidity of just 0.21%, far below the 0.8% maximum for certified extra virgin grade. These figures aren't marketing; they're third-party verified.

How to Use Tuscan Olive Oil

Best enjoyed as a finishing oil where its flavor can shine:

  • Drizzle over grilled meats, roasted vegetables, or bitter greens
  • Use as a dipping oil alongside crusty bread and aged cheese — pairs exceptionally well with our Healthy Harvest dark balsamic
  • Finish soups, white beans, or pasta with a generous pour
  • Dress salads raw — heat diminishes the polyphenols and flavor

About the Estate

This rare, small-batch olive oil from Italy is produced by a fourth-generation farming family whose estate has been in continuous operation since 1803. Healthy Harvest sources directly from the farm — no middlemen — so every bottle you receive is traceable to a single origin and ships at peak freshness.

Wonderful sock slippers
Size: 12-13, Color: Cable Knit Navy
These are wonderful sock slippers, They are very warm and well made. After reading reviews, I decided to order one size larger (10 to 11) and they are really comfortable big. However, I'm glad I did because they a lot easier to put on and take off. Highly recommended.

You get what you pay for
Size: 10-11, Color: Cable Knit Black
Comfy but cheaply made. I bought these for the price and expected them to be not the best quality but they are even less than I expected. Please also note that they run small. I got a 10-11 since I wear 11 shoe and Amazon recommended this size. I think a size larger would have been better. Not worth returning though. I’ll just wear them this winter if they last that long and get a better brand next time.

Quality and comfort
Size: 10.5-11.5 Women/9-10 Men, Color: Black
Comfortable and fit well. I got these to replace a very old pair that finally wore out! Warmth is medium (I wear puffer booties for when it's really cold). Quality on these is great!

Can't go wrong with Acorn for as long as they last!
Size: 12-13 Women/10.5-11.5 Men, Color: Charcoal
Acorn is just a great company all around. I had bought my husband these slippers over 20 years ago. They are still in great shape although the sole has worn in some places. But nothing's coming apart! However, I decided to replace them for him. His foot is 10.5 and they are a little hard to get on right away-of course, after over 20 years of having "worn in" the original pair, anything would feel tight. So I'm not holding this against them. They will relax with use. The only difference is that the original sole was black and these are tan. I think I would prefer the black, but since it's only being worn in the house, no big deal. My husband has really cold feet and these slippers never fail to warm his feet right up! He said they feel really soft to walk in and like the cushioning. They're not too heavy and fit him great! I have Acorn slippers myself that I've worn every single day in the house and outside to the mailbox too. They last.
