This stunning variegated version of Monstera deliciosa is a total showstopper — white striations, blotches, and speckles appear against its deep green leaves, with increasing complexity as the plant and leaves grow bigger.  It’s basically the plant version of Van Gogh’s Starry Night.  A stunner as a houseplant or in your food forest, this Monstera too makes an edible fruit like its all-green cousin, except the fruit is indeed also variegated.  These used to fetch several hundred dollars for an unrooted cutting (!) but times have changed as commercial propagation methods have caught up.  We don’t normally grow or stock such “hype plants”, but the Thai Constellation Monstera’s timeless beauty makes it an exception— and we just love looking at them!
