Species Characteristics:- Dracaena draco (L.) L. is an evergreen tree of the genus Dracaena in the family Asparagaceae, native to Africa, and its name is derived from the crimson resin secreted by the tree when it is injured, which resembles blood. The tree is tall, branched, with gray stem bark and ring-like leaf scars on young branches; leaves are clustered at the top of the stem, sword-shaped and dark green; panicles of white and greenish flowers with filaments; the berries are orange and globular; it flowers from March to May, and fruits from July to August. Its resin (dragon's blood) is a valuable traditional Chinese medicine to stop bleeding and relieve cough, and is also used to make dyes and spices, while the wood and leaves are also used in traditional crafts. The dragon's blood tree likes light and likes high temperature and humid environment, is not tolerant to cold, and is suitable for growing in loose, well-drained, humus-rich soil. Sowing propagation of the dragon's blood tree takes a long time, and care should be taken to control water to prevent root rot and provide sufficient diffused light to maintain the color of the leaves. In addition, it is widely used in home decoration and horticulture.

No Instructions - Easy to build and study

I ordered 3, and my wife loves the look of them. They seem to support a decent amount of weight. I supervised my 7 year old (55 lbs) as she scaled a single shelf bracket up the wall after it was mounted, without the planks.
You do need to have some amount of handiness to be looking at buying as it does not come assembled, and does not have the wood planks with it.
A little learning curve I had. Keep the rods only hand snug, not tight, snug, and then as you put it up to the wall adjust as needed to get the heights and widths right to the opposing shelf.
There is also only 8 pipe brackets to hold the shelves down (2 per shelf) and I did not realize this at first and assumed I had 16 (4 per shelf). I had to go back and fix.

Game changing storage!

I love the shelves. I got to use my own wood which was a reclaimed piece that I found and sanded and then stained. I'm so proud to see them on the shelves. It got so much clutter corralled from around the room and put in one place where it all looks good displayed together. The support pieces are very good quality and I found this to be very good value for the price. I'm very happy with this item.

Good all around, some imperfections on threads difficult to screw together

I received a complete product as advertised, it's a solid steel design with everything you need to mounted included. One small issue I encountered is that the pieces screw together but they wouldn't screw all the way it felt difficult and possibly if forced the steel might crack. Unfairly enough other pieces did completely screw in. So it's probably because of imperfections on the threads.

Build w/ a Friend, and BYOL (Bring Your Own Level)

Definitely a two-person job. Not because it's heavy, but a little awkward at first. I installed the first bracket, and my 12 yo assisted. Then, she hung the second bracket, and I assisted. Have a level handy. I didn't want to roll the dice and allow her to hang from the bracket, but it seems super-strong. We hung the brackets 32" apart, and 6" overhang, i.e. 48" x 12" laminate shelves. Gorgeous.

Nice, sturdy kit...would buy again!

Purchasing this kit instead of each piece of pipe and fittings required was a no-brainer. It was especially easy because all pieces are prepainted. It went together with ease.
Mounting was simple with planning, measurements, and a level.
*Note*
I purchase the pine stair treads from Home Depot that are 1" thick and then chemically aged them before adding polycrylic. It is cheaper than plywood and shelving boards, and a full 1" thick rather than 1x12 shelving.
