A repair kit for the Robens Lemon Grey 2 Tent. These replacement durawrap sections will be supplied longer than required and will need to be cut down to size with a junior hacksaw.

Consists of:

• 1 x 11mm and 2 x 9.5mm grey durawrap pole sections all fitted with a metal end ferrule
• 1 Length of shock cord elastic which measures 4m and will stretch to 7m approx
• Threading Tool which is a steel wire with a sharp hook on one end, used to re-thread the elastic

Usage: Ideal as an emergency repair kit or to replace broken sections within a pole run. Replacement durawrap tent pole sections are supplied at a length of 72cm (including ferrule) so you may need to cut them to size with a junior hacksaw.

How to use:

Disassemble the current pole assembly as follows:

1. Hook the elastic holding pole sections at the end nearest the broken section and pull out so the knot can be undone (or if necessary cut off).
2. Release the elastic and pull back through the pole sections to the broken section taking care to keep the pole sections in the correct order.
3. Remove the damaged section.

Reassemble poles as follows:

1. Replace the broken section with the new section.
2. Using a length of wire fixed to the end of the elastic (e.g. using tape) feed the elastic through all the poles in the correct order and re-knot at the end.
