Prompt service
Excellent service and got my refund via e-gift card. My portable ac heat combo unit failed after almost 3 years of use and I was refunded my purchase price. It’s easier to claim using their chat support.

Amazing, effortless, easy!
Excellent experience! I made a claim and they immediately issued an Amazon gift card for reimbursement. Entire process from start to finish was probably 2 minutes or less. Amazing, effortless, easy! Will purchase again for any other items that qualify.

Works as expected — good 4K signal and fast Ethernet
This Amazon Basics USB-C hub works exactly as it should. The HDMI connection gives a clean 4K signal to my TV, and the wired Ethernet connection is stable.
I’m getting around 900 Mbps through the cable, which is very good for my setup. Power delivery also works normally. Overall, a simple and reliable hub that does the job well.
