Wonβt go a day without it

So much better than the sugar version which has SOOOO much sugar it gave me heartburn. Yes, the sugar version is tasty like Tang, but that sugar gave me indigestion. The aspartame version was disgusting. This Stevia is awesome. Because it doesnβt have tons of sugar, you only need 2 heaping teaspoons instead of 2 tablespoons of the regular. I think itβs delicious and also has natural coloring, the sugar version has artificial dyes. I drink it everyday and my GI tract has never been happier. Only one small issue, this size container (~14 oz) is narrow, so buy the bigger bottle (23 or 34?) so you can reach in to scoop it easily. I have zero bloating or gas and sometimes take it more than once per day. It supposedly decreases appetite if taken before meals. It expands in your gut! Perfect. Just donβt take it within 2 hours of oral meds/vitamins as it can supposedly decrease gut absorption. Enjoy the results!!

Lower Cholesterol and Better Digestion, Even if the Taste Takes Getting Used To

I started using this fiber supplement after my doctor recommended it to help manage my cholesterol. I like that itβs plant-based and sugar-free, and itβs easy to mix into water. After taking it regularly, Iβve noticed a positive impact on my digestion, and Iβm hopeful it will help with my cholesterol in the long run. The only thing is that the taste and texture arenβt quite what I expected β itβs a bit like protein powder. Still, the health benefits make it worth continuing

Great Product, Works as Advertised
Flavor Name: Unflavored, Size: 1.46 Pound (Pack of 1)
This product works exactly as described. It makes BM's smoother and gentler. I personally use the unflavored, no sweeteners added version, and honestly, it does not taste very good, but I feel that the results are worth it, and I do not like adding extra sweeteners or flavorings to my diet. I have used this product for many years and have found that about 1 1/2 to 2 tbsps in 12 ounces of water works the best for me. You will need to experiment a bit to find the ratio that works best for you. I recommend that you start on the low side and gradually increase the amount of Metamucil as needed.
