Thorne has a reputation for high quality products so I thought Iβd try this whey protein. It tastes really good! I find it easy to digest, and it dissolves easily. I plan to make this my go-to whey protein.

Horrible taste - synthetic sweetness than destroys my shakes. I bought Thorne because of its high quality but this is one of their products that wonβt work for me. Iβm struggling through the jar because itβs too expensive to waste. Using cacao powder, cinnamon & cardamom to try to tone down the overwhelming βsweet.β

The vanilla flavored Protein Powder has to be the Best tasting Protein Powder Ever. Literally delicious. Product satisfies your appetite while supplementing your body with needed protein and nutrients. Combined with gym workouts Iβve noticed firmer muscles. A nice noticeable improvement.

It's a thing...

I am probably the most skeptical person when it comes to supplements. Iβve tried so many over the years and honestlyβ¦ most of them felt like a waste of money or just hype.
But I have to sayβthis combo has completely surprised me.
Iβve been consistently using Thorne protein and creatine, and within a few weeks I started noticing real changes. Not just how I feel, but how I look. My shoulders especially are looking more defined, and I feel stronger in my workouts without feeling jittery or weird like some products can make you feel.
What really stands out to me is how clean and simple it is. No bloating, no heavy feeling, no unnecessary extrasβjust something that actually supports what Iβm already doing.
I also love that it fits easily into my routine. I take my creatine with my morning coffee (super easy habit), and Iβve been doing a protein shake after workouts which has helped a lot with recovery and keeping me on track nutritionally.
Iβm currently in a calorie deficit getting ready for a trip, and this has honestly made it feel doable without feeling depleted.
If youβre someone like me who is hesitant about supplements, Iβd say this is the first time Iβve actually felt like something made a noticeable difference.
