It's a thing...

I am probably the most skeptical person when it comes to supplements. Iโve tried so many over the years and honestlyโฆ most of them felt like a waste of money or just hype.
But I have to sayโthis combo has completely surprised me.
Iโve been consistently using Thorne protein and creatine, and within a few weeks I started noticing real changes. Not just how I feel, but how I look. My shoulders especially are looking more defined, and I feel stronger in my workouts without feeling jittery or weird like some products can make you feel.
What really stands out to me is how clean and simple it is. No bloating, no heavy feeling, no unnecessary extrasโjust something that actually supports what Iโm already doing.
I also love that it fits easily into my routine. I take my creatine with my morning coffee (super easy habit), and Iโve been doing a protein shake after workouts which has helped a lot with recovery and keeping me on track nutritionally.
Iโm currently in a calorie deficit getting ready for a trip, and this has honestly made it feel doable without feeling depleted.
If youโre someone like me who is hesitant about supplements, Iโd say this is the first time Iโve actually felt like something made a noticeable difference.

I didnโt know I could truly love a protein powderโฆ

The flavor and consistency are unmatched and it was actually easy to digest which is something Iโve never experienced, and is crazy for me bc I have serious issues with whey causing bloating and had actually given up on it completely. 100/10 would recommend JUST bc itโs delicious, the fact that itโs such high quality at a reasonable price is just the cherry on top.
I ordered the vanilla to try first and just mixed with cold water using a frother/whisk thing just to get a gauge of taste and consistency and I would actually drink it that way, which I never ever imagined doing with protein lol- later I added it to a smoothie and it was also delicious, almost could not taste it over blueberries but the subtle and delicious vanilla flavor was there.
