This romantic vintage red velvet dress was custom-made in the late 1930s (possibly early 1940s), and is entirely one-of-a-kind. The maxi-length crushed red velvet is so rich. It was reworked and modernized around the 1970s, with a zipper added in the back, making it easier to wear. Because of the empire waist, this can also be an incredible vintage maternity dress. Closes in the back with a zipper.

The Antique Victorian Heart Locket pictured is also available. 

Measurements: This will best fit a size X-Small, Small and possibly Medium; please refer to below measurements. It is smaller through the shoulders and chest, with more flexibility through the waist and hips.

Empire waist/underbust: about 29", gathering offers some forgiveness there
Hips are open up to 45"
Length: 53"


Good vintage condition overall; there were some repairs made to the fabric at the bottom skirt towards hem. This shower liner works as expected, but it is a bit lightweight, and will drift around in the shower. I will look at getting a more heavy duty one in the future. This one has the 3 magnets, and that isn't enough. I would recommend getting one with double the magnets and a thicker plastic. I went cheap and regret it slightly, but at least these things are made to be disposable. Other than that, the durability seems good, and it looks and feels like you would expect, but as stated, the plastic is flimsy and flutters around. Seems fairly mold resistant vs other liners I've used from the store (like cheaper Walmart ones etc).
