The puffball skirt is crafted from soft, gathered mesh, while the tulle frills on the neckline and shoulders add a delicate touch. Developed with short puff sleeves finished with ruffled cuffs, and the dress is lined in luxurious cotton voile for comfort. Complete with coordinating cotton dobby bloomers, edged with frills.
