This means that the items in this box have been purchased in a retail environment and then returned to the store, and while most are in near-perfect condition, some have makeup smudges, deodorant marks or other small stains, clear tape affixed to show blemishes by the vendor, small snags, tears on seams, dust marks, tiny holes, broken zippers etc. These blemishes are expected and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
