This dynamic dressing gown is such a beautiful example of her regal nature. I adore the luxurious olive green silk velvet mixed with the golden satin lining. The bodice has a low-cut wrap plunge and the most sensational long slit winged-sleeves. The stylized charm of the floral appliqué personifies the feminine ideal in this era of clothing. There are a few small marks on the front of the right sleeve towards the hem, on the front right panel above the flower detail and by the front left panel hemline. All very minor.
