Dress is made from soft, high-quality knitted 100% cotton and manufactured using eco-friendly organic dyes. Tie belt is made of 90% nylon/10% lycra. To activate glow-in-the-dark ink, expose the garment to direct light for 20 minutes.* Dress can be pulled over the head and has no tags, fasteners, or zippers, just a seam at the waist. Machine wash cold inside out and tumble dry low or lay flat to dry. Imported.
