From the Rose collection this dress is a one of a kind piece. 

Cut with a strapless boned bodice draped with luxurious blue silk duchess satin featuring a shoulder strap to the left. Fitted at the waist with a matching silk belt and large bow detail at the back. 
The skirt is very full and cut with two full circles. Gently gathered at the waist with a smooth panel of hand painted pink roses. 
Fully lined in silk with an integrated tulle underskirt.
