Brand / Label: Simplicity

Condition:  This pattern is in excellent condition - unused and uncut. All 15 pattern pieces are present and have been counted. They are still in the original factory folds, but in order to count the pieces, I had to unfold and re-fold. Photos are included showing the original folds before counting. The instruction sheet is included.

The envelope front and back are intact and readable. The top and one side are completely split where the paper folds, but the flap still remains intact.
