It's navy blue with faceted buttons all the way down the front, sheer long sleeves, a white collar on the front with pretty pearls, elastic waist, original belt, and it's fully lined. Label reads "Leslie Fay Dresses, 100% polyester, handwash". It's in very good condition, minor pull in fabric near hip, belt is missing a rivet and buckle is dirty. The Bust measures 40 inches, 30 - 34 inch Waist, 44 inch Hips. Full length is about 50 inches. Shown on a dress form that measures B36" W25" H36". This is an authentic vintage piece in wearable condition, that was cleaned and repaired (if necessary).
