The waist can be made smaller by tying the apron strings tighter.

Swedish size 080 = US size 12 to 18 months ~ 20" around waist, 17 1/2" high top to bottom of jumper on back, 7" under sleeve to cuff.

Swedish size 092 = US size 2 year ~ 22" waist, 21 1/2" high, 10" sleeve.
