The black turtleneck mini dress that belongs in every serious wardrobe. Sleek, figure-hugging, and endlessly wearable — this long sleeve bodycon dress redefines what a simple black dress can do. The high neck offers refined coverage while the form-fitting cut celebrates the figure, creating a silhouette that reads as sophisticated rather than simply tight.

Made from premium stretch fabric that moves with the body and resists wrinkling, this dress is as practical as it is polished. The full-sleeve design makes it genuinely year-round — worn alone in summer with air conditioning in mind, or layered under coats and jackets through autumn and winter without adding bulk.

Features

  • Turtleneck neckline — refined and elegant
  • Long sleeves for full coverage and year-round wearability
  • Bodycon fit — figure-hugging and flattering
  • Mini length — confident and occasion-ready
  • Premium stretch fabric with shape retention
  • Wrinkle-resistant — ideal for travel and busy schedules
  • Classic black — works across every occasion and season

Styling Suggestions

Pair with heeled ankle boots and a structured coat for an autumn evening look that is complete and considered. Add strappy heeled sandals and minimal gold jewelry for a warmer-weather occasion. The turtleneck neckline means no additional jewelry is needed at the neck — focus on earrings and a simple bracelet instead. This dress also layers naturally under a blazer for a smart-casual office look that transitions into an evening outfit without changing.

Fabric and Fit

Made from a premium stretch composition that provides flexibility while maintaining structure, preventing sagging or losing shape during extended wear. The fabric is wrinkle-resistant, making it a reliable choice for travel and occasions where you need to look polished without preparation time. The bodycon fit is close to the body throughout, and the mini length sits above the knee.

Is the turtleneck comfortable for extended wear?

Yes — the turtleneck is designed to sit close to the neck without feeling restrictive, and the stretch fabric ensures it remains comfortable throughout the evening.

Can this be worn to the office?

The turtleneck and long sleeves give it a polished, covered appearance that suits creative and smart-casual office environments, particularly when layered under a blazer.

Does the bodycon fit work for different body types?

The stretch fabric accommodates a range of figures comfortably — the bodycon cut is fitted but not rigid, so it moves with the body rather than constricting it.

Format: Paperback

Great Sequel to Long Halloween
Format: Paperback
This takes all of the great elements of the Long Halloween and keeps it going. The two of those books together is a great story telling. Ticks all the boxes of a great Batman book. If you like this and Long Halloween check out The Penguin show on HBO Max. and if you like The Penguin but haven't read these two books you should since the show pulls a lot of influence from them.

The Robin Origin Tale We Needed
Format: Paperback
Hot off The Long Halloween Jeph Loeb and Tim Sale return for another murder mystery. This is a direct sequel and follows the aftermath of The Long Halloween. The art is stellar and the story is deep and dark. The trinity of Batman, Dent and Gordon is gone and the isolation is real. At the heart of it, life goes on. Sofia Falcone is back and ready to get revenge. Meanwhile, Dick Grayson's about to go through the darkest chapter of his life. There's a surprise villain who makes a chilling introduction and much more. If you wanted more after Batman: Year One and The Long Halloween, this is the book for you.

If Batman #666 is canon, then this collection is important.
I just read this Batman collection again and found a much greater appreciation for these stories than I did the first time around (not that they were all that bad to begin with). Of course, Grant Morrison's run on Batman has gone on another two years since Batman & Son, so reading this now allows you to put some added perspective on what's going on here. First of all, you have the introduction of Batman's son, Damien (this is not a spoiler, isn't it pretty obvious from the title?), who has since already gone on to a larger role in the DC Universe. I think some important take-aways from these initial issues of Grant Morrison's run are Damien's origins and his character/attitude. I believe that Damien's character is going to have a big impact on what happens with Batman (and Dick Grayson) in the near future. You also get a pretty unique Joker story, primarily told in text form. I really think Morrison shines in this kind of story-telling medium. Additionally, if you pay attention, there are definitely some clues in Batman & Son that foreshadow the next events in Morrison's saga. Lastly, there is issue #666. I don't want to give anything away about the story, but I have heard that Grant Morrison considers this to be part of the Batman canon (meaning that it is authentic to the whole Batman universe). If so, then in addition to the story, there are some particular frames that I think are going to be meaningful down the road For example, the one with Damien mourning over a Batman body and also the one from Damien's memory, showing three Bat-folk fighting crime together in the future. Overall, I have become very pleased with Grant Morrison's work on this title. Of the comics that I currently follow, he is surpassing them all in excellence, even beyond what Ed Brubaker is doing with Captain America. Once you read this collection, you will certainly want to go on to the next one.. Batman: The Black Glove.
