I do like these wipes to give my kids to wipe their faces and hands since my kids say they are soft, but their softness makes them less effective at wiping off messes on the bottom of my toddler. I think I will stick with less expensive brands of wipes that have a texture that is better at cleaning off my little guy.

Haven't had a blowout yet on any size. Tips on preventing blowouts: 1. Make sure you have the right size! 2. Make sure put the diaper on right. (Squirmy kid) 3. Make sure the diaper flares are out around the thighs. 4. Make sure you change the diaper often enough. 5. Too much desitin can make blowouts happen more often.
