Shipping Information
Free Shipping
Shipping is free for all orders within continental United States unless customer select expedited shipping. We only ship items to matching billing address for our protection and our customer's. We ship within 24 hours after order has been placed.
We will refund and not reship items that are unsigned for, missed delivery, or are returned to us because wrong address was provided. Please make sure correct address and info is entered correctly.
Expedited Shipping
We generally ship same business day or less than 24 hours on all expedited orders excluding the weekends. Customer will be notified by email after shipping label is created and payment has cleared. We reserve the right to use USPS or UPS for shipping expedited orders to make sure customer receive there package on time.
Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items for an exchange or refund within 30 days, buyer pays return shipping. Restocking Fee
Any orders over $1000.00 will have a 10% restocking fee, and orders below that value will not have a restocking fee.
Return Restrictions
Any watch returned must be in same condition it was shipped. If there are missing booklets, links, tag's, and any damage to the watch itself, a fee depending on damage or missing item's could be deducted from refund. Please return all item's that came in package back with package.
Return Instructions
Please for any reason there is an issue with your order or you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact the Chronobuy sales team by email. We take pride in taking care of our customers and want to delivery the highest possible level of customer service. We will do all we can to correct the issue or problem and resolve it. If you need to return and item, the sales team will issue a RMA # and return instruction. We inspect all returns and they must be in new condition as sold originally with all return requirements.
