(There is a 2.5" hem on this with the original hem underneath so could easily be let down)

CONDITION
Very good condition. Has been rehemmed but hem is uncut so could easily be restored. One small mark on the front of the skirt, which I think may be a print anomaly? It doesn't budge with cleaning at all, and is identical in colour to the printed stripes. One tiny faint pen tip spot on the hem.
