Why we love this qipao
If you are looking to buy your first qipao and don’t quite know where to start, I would recommend this. It is easily dressed up with pearls and stilettos, or dressed down with light coloured flats. Made from stretch velvet, it is comfortable and incredibly flattering for all body shapes.

Fit and size
- As this material has some stretch, the cutting has take this into consideration. The dress is true to size but will feel snug on the body
- I am 158cm (5'2'') tall and wearing a S in the photos
- In order to accomodate daily wear, our qipaos have been designed with a relaxed fit at the waist. If you prefer for it to be more fitted, simply take in the two back darts (two vertical stitched lines at the back waist area). It is very quick and easy to do
- CUSTOM SIZE: we are trialling custom sizing on some of our qipaos, if you are interested in this option, please contact us with online chat or email first. Note this option customizes the bust, waist and hip measurements of the qipao only, and does not create a bespoke dress which would be at a far greater cost. The waiting time for this option is 10-14 days, customised dresses are non-exchangeable and refundable.
Qipao care
- Hand wash in cool water
- Hang to dry, DO NOT TUMBLE DRY
