This 28-inch wide pre-shirred cotton fabric features bold retro stripes in orange, blue, and yellow — now perfectly sized for girls' dresses, skirts, and tops. With approx. 5 inches of elastic shirring running along the top edge, this smocked fabric is stretchy, easy to sew, and sold by the yard. It’s the same soft, woven cotton as our adult-width version, just narrower — ideal for mini-me looks, small-scale garments, and sunshine-ready sewing.
