Cardboard tags: Merit Fraction Fit - Merit is a venerable Montreal based menswear manufacturer.  The other tag reads “This garment has Ban-Rol The quality feature that prevents waistband roll-over”.  

Sizing: The tag on these mens dress pants reads “waist 34” - please note the following measurements for fit for this pair:

Waist:  34” - there are adjustment tabs at either side

Leg Inseam: 35 1/2” - the cuffs are unfinished as these pants are unused, so can be made into any length that you require

Overall length: 46 1/2”

Condition:  As mentioned, these mens dress pants were never used and well stored over the years, so are ready for use (with the cuff adjustment).
