Length and Customization

• Calf length dress

• Standard length from shoulder to hem 48’’/122cm/size S for our model of 5'7"/170cm tall.

• Different length is possible.

• Custom-made dress with free customization - just let us know your preferences (fit, neckline, sleeves, waistband, etc.)

Hand embroidery

• The thread colors for embroidery can be adjusted to match the dress color for a balanced look.

• You can customize the thread colors; send us a message, and we'll provide you with a color chart for reference.

• Embroidery patterns can be changed or created to suit your preferences—anything is possible! Pricing varies depending on the design.

Garment Care

Hand washing is highly recommended for natural fabric garments, especially embroidery ones. If using a machine, please follow these guidelines:

• Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle. For embroidered pieces, turn the garment inside out to protect the embroidery.

• Use a laundry bag. If the item is embroidered, avoid washing it with other clothes that might cause damage, like those with zippers.

• To prevent excessive shrinking, air dry whenever possible.

• Iron on a medium-high setting, inside out. Don’t use steam directly on embroidered areas, and avoid placing the iron directly on the embroidery. Instead, press from the reverse side or use a pressing cloth.

Shipping

Exchange & Return

This is a made-to-measure order, so every sale is final. We only accept returns under the following conditions:

- The product does not match the size and measurements you provided.

- The items have not been washed or used, and all tags and labels are still attached.

- Products are shipped to Vietnam according to our studio address (Ha Noi, Vietnam).

- Products are returned to us as soon as they are delivered within 14 days.

Packaging

• Used cartons may be used to package products (and not with our logo). To reduce waste, we intend to reuse these boxes. Please contact us if you have any special packing needs.

• Gift wrapping available. If required, a message will be included.
