Named for her grandmother, who taught her to sew, Victoria Salisbury founded V. Chapman to bring unique, structured, feminine clothing to a new generation of women. Based in Los Angeles, V. Chapman masterfully updates vintage silhouettes with a modern flair and contemporary touches. Made with textured organza, this stunning halter Scarlette Dress in Lilac Tapestry Rose is guaranteed to turn heads. Pink florals on a purple background pop beautifully on the gathered skirt with ruffle detailing, while the side-front slit, laced corset back, and pearl and crystal trim add that “just right” amount of personality and charm to make this one a must-have for any event.
