Because these gowns are designer samples that you probably won’t find anywhere else (at this price), because of handling some gowns may have a thread loose or a missing button, mark etc... but that’s perfectly easy to solve (if you can notice it at all)!

You can always pay a visit to your local dress maker or dry cleaners if you aren't handy with a needle & thread or baby wipes and still save yourself a fortune while also looking amazing!

For ease of transport to fittings, ceremony location etc we recommend getting our breathable bridal gown bag to make sure your dress is extra secure for your special day and storage afterwards.

Shipping

Because our gowns are in demand, we keep them in stock in our Brisbane warehouse. Your order will be shipped out to you instantly, within 2-5 business days. We recommend using a work address or somewhere there will be someone available to sign.

We ship our gowns with either TNT or Express Post depending on the location and provide the tracking details when sent so you will know exactly when your stunning dress will arrive!

Returns & Exchanges

Don’t worry, your money is safe and guaranteed! If for some odd reason you DON’T like your one of a kind designer sample that you might not be able to find anywhere else, we’ll gladly give you a refund.
