Alden shoes are crafted with and attention to detail in their Massachusetts factory. They are still using some old machines from decades ago even over 100 years old, , only for keeping the beautiful traditional classic details as seen in the good old days.
It's important to note that due to the handmade process, some minor imperfections may occur because they're not bench made by high tech modern machines with that high precision. These imperfections are a part of the unique character of the shoes and should not be seen as flaws. Just like our feet, no two shoes are exactly the same and perfect.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on full-price items within:
• 10 days of delivery for online orders
• 7 days of purchase for in-store orders
All returns and cancellations incur a 6% restocking fee due to non-refundable Shopify transaction fees.
Items must be returned in original new condition — no creases, marks, stains, or odors.
• A $100 fee will apply for any visible wear.
• Worn items may be sent back with no refund.
Refunds go to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
