Sounds like it’s struggling at times. Received a defective item reached out to customer support for Circle joy and they’re basically saying that it’s user error and not a defect in their product, even though I explained to them that the other one works fine. When adjusting the coarseness on one of the grinders, the grinder ends up loosening up, which ends up with you spilling the pepper corns everywhere. It’s a nice set if it worked right but for $40 I expect her device to be a little more polished.
