• No Returns/Final Sales: Pre-orders, sale items, vintage products, singles, and graded cards are final sale and cannot be cancelled or returned.

• Shipping Issues & Liability: We are not liable for damages caused by the mail carrier, stolen, or lost packages. Once an order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier. 

• Manufacturer Defects: Some sealed products may come with minor factory flaws (small cuts, loose shrink wrap, light box wear, etc.). We do not issue refunds for minor manufacturer defects.
