Update: Amazon directed me to the company's website to deal with my issue of the broken paper towel holder. They responded on the same day and resolved my issue. The paper towel holder was very beautiful and seemed sturdy. I will update my review if Ivilon rectifies this matter. I recommend never picking it up from the top since it is a heavy item and with the potentially faulty connection between the pole and the base, you could easily break a toe if it comes apart!
