The Bugaboo Owl by Nuna in Grey is a comfortable, rear-facing car seat with practical features designed to make traveling with your child easier and safer.
Note: The Bugaboo Owl must be paired with the 360 Base (sold separately) for installation in the car, as it cannot be installed using just the car's seat belt.
Thanks to the baby insert made of a soft merino wool blend, the Bugaboo Owl can be used from newborn. Please note that you cannot attach the car seat to the stroller chassis using adapters, as many parents wish to do in the early days with a baby.
COMFORTABLE FOR YOUR CHILD
The soft baby insert cradles your newborn from day one, providing the necessary support for an ergonomic position in the car seat. The fabric of the baby insert is woven from an exclusive merino wool blend, which helps regulate temperature and wicks away moisture from your child. As your child grows, the baby insert can be removed to create more space in the car seat.
The adjustable headrest has six positions, and the integrated five-point harness moves with it as you adjust the height with a simple one-handed grip. Convenient magnets hold the open harness in place while you place your child in the seat.
The Bugaboo Owl offers five comfortable reclining positions, allowing your child to sleep peacefully no matter where you're headed. Built-in ventilation panels in the seat shell and fabric ensure your child doesn’t get too hot during car journeys. The fabric is partially made from bamboo, a natural material with many beneficial properties.
With the 360 Base (sold separately), installation is safe and easy. The base is also rotatable, making it more convenient to place and remove your child from the car seat.
*The base allows for forward-facing installation, but keep in mind that rear-facing travel is recommended until at least 4 years of age to prevent unnecessary neck injuries in case of a collision.
MAXIMUM SAFETY
The Bugaboo Owl features a combination of side impact protection (SIP) and energy-absorbing foam to safeguard your child during side collisions. The shell is made from high-quality plastic that diverts crash forces away from your child. The Bugaboo Owl is i-Size approved (ECE R129/03).
