32" Wheel Capacity

Yes, all Wren Inverted suspension forks fit 32" wheels. Rocking a 32" wheel on our inverted suspension does require a simple internal tune which reduces the travel by 30mm but maintains the fork's full axle to crown height. This means you can run our suspension with a 32" wheel at 120mm of travel and 80mm of travel depending on which model fork you buy.

These travel reductions are absolutely vital for using 32" wheels safely with our fork. Failure to reduce your fork's travel WILL RESULT IN A VERY BAD TIME, as you will hit the fork's crown with the tire on a big impact.

In our tests, we found that the added rollover benefits of 32" wheels more than made up for the loss in travel when comparing a 29er at 150mm of front suspension vs a 32er at 120mm of front suspension. For what it's worth, we're big fans of big wheels.

The Inverted Design

Inverted fork design simply works better. By inverting the fork so that the lighter stanchions are on the bottom, we reduce the mass of the moving part of the fork so that it will react quicker and easier to the trail. Inverting also anchors the stanchions into the stronger, larger upper tubes and crown-making the overall chassis much stronger and stiffer. Inverting lowers the fulcrum point where the uppers join the stanchions, compared to other fork designs, decreasing the leverage factor. Inverting also positions the seals downward so that all kinds of bad stuff doesn’t sit on them and get pulled into your fork. A strong, stiff, quickly moving fork is exactly what you want when blasting through your chosen trail!

 The Wren TwinAir System

The Wren TwinAir System is designed to fine-tune the ride of the fork using only your air pump. No disassembly of the fork is required. The TwinAir system is similar to the token system used in other suspension forks but is infinitely more adjustable. Tokens are a fixed size and each one you drop-in gives you a jump in the spring rate. The floating piston in the TwinAir system can be moved as little or as much as you want. This allows you to fine-tune the spring rate to exactly match your riding style and trail conditions.

The TwinAir system divides the air chamber in half using a floating piston. There are individual air valves for the top and bottom chambers. If you want your ride to be as plush as possible, add air only to the top. If you want a more progressive feel, begin adding air to the bottom. This moves the floating piston up reducing the size of the air chamber. Remember, you have total control over the movement of the floating piston, so fine-tuning the air spring is a snap! You can even make adjustments on the trail by caring your shock pump. Try that with a token system.

The Wren All-Weather Damper

Introducing the NEW Wren All-Weather damper. Now standard equipment in all Wren suspension forks. Real-world tested down to -27°F (so far), the Wren All-Weather damper is the only damper you need to ride in all temperatures. Wren dampers are a sealed cartridge unit that prevents contamination and needs no servicing. The sealed unit uses a flexible bladder to keep the oil under pressure at all times greatly reducing the effects of cavitation at high damper speeds. Wren dampers have both compression and rebound circuits and provide a true lockout. Wren All-Weather dampers are maintenance-free ensuring consistent performance over the life of the damper.

Keyed Stanchions

Keyed Stanchions keep Wren suspension forks running true and prevent the stanchions from turning. The 43mm beefy uppers are channeled to accept brass keys that fit to our oversize 36mm stanchions. The keys perfectly align the stanchions in the uppers and are designed to shear should you take a really big hit. This protects the channels and your fork from damage.  The fork will still function and the keys are easily replaced.

Damper Side

Not all lockouts are created equal. When our fork is locked out, you'd swear you're riding a rigid fork. Bring on the mixed surface-type adventures!

LFA is now the Project Manager's Super-Power!
Format: Hardcover, Format: Hardcover
This books is not just for PMs, it is also for people in operations that are facing the challenge of aligning the output of their day-to-day activities and multiple projects with the bigger picture of their enterprise. Personally, what I liked the most (and which it has been very helpful) is the visualization and alignment of the strategy with the operational side of the business: Logical Framework Approach (LFA) -- I call LFA my hidden super-power! Strategy is an abstract concept and often difficult to communicate to those responsible for the execution of the projects. Terry made this task very simple by addressing the most important aspect of any project: What are we trying to accomplish and Why?

Enlightening and practical

(Review by Scott Miller) I met the author at the PMI Global Summit 2022 and became intrigued with his background and approach. In buying the book, I found it enlightening and practical, for both my work and myself. This is an easy read and is structured in a way to allow me to easily refer to and use the tools it highlights. I encourage anyone interested in project management to buy this book and give it a read...and keep it as a reference for your career! Great work Terry!

Best PM book out there!
Format: Hardcover
This is the best project management book I have found. Clear, concise, provides visuals, online material, he gives you a variety of examples, goes as far as to tell you how to utilize the PM skills to better your personal life, AND when I sent him an email, he called me and we chatted. All you have to do is implement what he provides into your life. Very grateful to have found this book and it’s author.

Not Strategic or Practical
Format: Hardcover, Format: Hardcover
This book would be helpful to office managers who are overseeing small self-managed projects. There is heavy emphasis on people management and almost none on any practical project management techniques. It gave me flashbacks of a couple of project managers I've worked with who were completely useless and left the team to pick up their slack; the kind that talk endlessly without saying anything meaningful and struggle with the basics, like scheduling a meeting. I'm giving it 2 stars because it takes quite a bit of time and effort to publish a book.
