When it gets serious on the straight beyond 300 km/h, only one thing counts: a helmet built exactly for that. The X-SPR PRO is Shoei’s uncompromising racing helmet—consistently engineered for aerodynamics, stability, and ventilation in an extreme racing riding position. This replica version also delivers the distinctive Marquez93 design in the TC-1 (Red/Black/White), in glossy finish.

Highlights at a glance

  • Racing homologation: ECE 22.06 + FIM (FRHPhe-01)
  • AIM+ outer shell: 6-layer material mix for high protective performance at low weight
  • 4 shell sizes: XS–S | M | L | XL–XXL
  • CWR-F2R Visor: +5 mm vertical field of view, Tear-Off compatible
  • Pinlock EVO included + replacement pins
  • Ventilation: 7 intakes / 6 exhausts, optimized for a tucked racing stance
  • EQRS emergency system + double-D closure
  • Hydration system preparation (accessory optional)

Safety – made for motorsport

The AIM+ outer shell is based on a 6-layer composition of fiberglass, organic fibers, and high-performance fiber materials. Together with the multi-density EPS core system, this results in very high impact protection.
In addition:

  • ECE 22.06 homologation
  • FIM FRHPhe-01 homologation (racing ready)
  • Double-D closure (easy to adjust, maximum secure)
  • EQRS (Emergency Quick Release System) for the quick removal of the Cheek Pads in an emergency

Wearing comfort & fit – stable even at high speed

The X-SPR PRO uses 4 outer shell sizes to provide a balanced weight/volume ratio for each helmet size: XS–S | M | L | XL–XXL.
The inner lining is designed for precise adjustability:

  • Modular Head Pad with integrated pockets + adjustable pads
  • Cheek Pads with 3D-cut process, for a stable fit and high retention
  • Removable & washable padding, quick-drying and skin-friendly
  • Variable Cheek Pads fastening to adjust the seating angle (more upward visibility in an extreme racing riding position)

Ventilation – maximum airflow in racing position

Ventilation is uncompromisingly tuned for the strongly forward-leaning supersport riding posture:

  • 7 fresh-air inlets
  • 6 exhaust vents
  • Deeply branched ducting system for intensive air exchange
  • Optimized Cheek Pads ventilation for more comfort in heat/long runs

Hydration system preparation

The chin area is prepared for the installation of a hydration system. A suitable feed hose as well as valves (e.g., Camelbak) are available as accessories. MotoGP-style endurance/trackday: stay focused, keep it fresher for longer.

Aerodynamics – consistently designed for stability

The shell has been newly developed for higher aerodynamic performance – with more than 150 optimizations versus the predecessor (wind tunnel development). A redesigned rear section with air guidance through the stabilizer/spoiler supports a balanced, stable shape at very high speeds.

Visor – racing line of sight advantage

  • CWR-F2R Visor (clear, standard)
  • +5 mm vertical field of view for an extremely forward-leaning seating position
  • Tear-Off compatible (race track)
  • Double locking mechanism against unintended opening
  • Pinlock EVO included (pins outside the horizontal field of view)

Scope of delivery (complete)

  • X-SPR PRO Marquez93 TC-1 helmet
  • Pinlock EVO visor + spare pins
  • Breath Guard, Chin Curtain
  • Clip-on chin spoiler
  • Shoei helmet bag, silicone oil (care)
  • Documentation / usage & care instructions
  • Exclusive: Sponsor logo sticker kit (optional for mounting in the Visor rim area)

delightful read
Format: Kindle
What a delightful read. The characters are awesome, the plot was so good, I loved it. I was intrigued and it kept me wanting more. Told in multiple pov, the book sucks you in and doesn’t let go. I cannot wait to read the next book.

not bad
Format: Kindle
I loved the plot of this book. The characters just didn’t have a lot of depth. The connections and “love” just weren’t communicated very well in the writing. The author didn’t write the sweet psycho trope very well at all either. Lachlan was just a mess of a character.

A Beta Worth Rooting For
Format: Kindle
In Spare, Violet Fox flips the omegaverse on its head, giving us a Beta heroine determined to make her mark. Joining the Beta Trials to support her sick father, she's thrown into a pack that doesn't want her, especially the possessive Alphas. But here's the twist: their sweet Omega turns out to be her scent match. Cue the angst, forbidden tension, and a slow-burn romance that will make your heart ache in the best way. Violet Fox delivers an emotional, refreshing take on the genre, proving Betas aren't "spares." They're stars.

Beta, Alpha, Omega oh my!
Format: Kindle
Omegas are precious and given to Alphas & their packs... but the Betas want in too. To this end, the Beta government is rolling out its trial of assigning a Beta to each Alpha-Omega pack. But forcing a Beta into a pack where they are not wanted will not end well... Of course, no one expected the Omega to fall for the assigned Beta. Great read and cliffhanger

A familiar story, just with…..less.
Format: Kindle
So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.
