Installation & Video
Wallpaper application
This non-woven wallpaper is extremely easy to apply. The hanging process is the same as hanging normal wallpaper, using normal wallpaper paste (included with your wallpaper), and matching each drop of wallpaper to the next until the mural is complete.
The wallpaper adhesive (included) is applied directly on your clean wall. Then, the wallpaper panels are hanged directly on the wall with the patterns next to each other. This wallpaper does not overlap.

2. We confirm your wall measures, produce and deliver
After payment, you will have a chance to confirm all your measures are correct to begin the customisation of your mural. Then, we will begin the production of your mural wallpaper, and deliver within 3-5 working days.
3. We deliver, you install and enjoy
You will receive your wallpaper, no matter which place you are in the world. With the help of our hanging guide, you will install your wallpaper and finally achieve your dream results in your dear spaces.

Returns and Refunds
Custom Murals
Please note, we print each wallpaper individually for custom measurements, and is therefore excluded from exchange.
Only replacements to unused murals will be provided in the case of printing errors. Make sure to first lay out your panels and inspect your wallpaper before placing it on your wall.
Standard Murals
If you are not pleased with your mural, we will take the products back within 15 days after delivery and provide you a full refund. The goods returned must be unused (in the same condition that you received it) and sent in its original box or packaging. For further details please refer to Make a Return/Refund.
Transport damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please inform the delivery company about this damage without delay and contact us immediately. Failure to file a complaint or contact us has no effect on your legal rights or their enforcement, in particular warranty claims. However, you help us assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.
Issues with print
If the received product is printed incorrectly, please contact us and attach photos of the errors. Only unused murals will apply for replacement, so please assure to lay out your wallpaper panels before placing them on your wall. In the case of issues,, our team will inspect the errors and have a replacement sent out as soon as possible. For further details please refer to Make a Return/Refund.
