Areca palm (Dypsis lutescens) is a popular indoor and outdoor plant known for its graceful, feathery fronds and its ability to purify the air. Here are some tips for sowing and growing Areca palm from seeds:

  1. Seed Collection: Areca palm seeds can be collected from mature fruit that is ripe and yellow or orange in color. The fruit can be cut open to remove the seeds, which are about the size of a small pea.

  2. Soil and Potting: Areca palm seeds need to be planted in well-draining soil that is rich in organic matter. Use a pot with drainage holes and fill it with a soil mix that is equal parts sand, peat moss, and perlite.

  3. Germination: Soak the seeds in warm water for 24-48 hours before planting to soften the hard outer shell. Plant the seeds 1 inch deep in the soil, and keep the soil moist but not waterlogged. Germination can take up to 6 months, so be patient.

  4. Temperature and Light: Areca palm seeds need warm temperatures to germinate, ideally between 80 and 90 degrees Fahrenheit. Once the seeds have germinated, they need bright, indirect sunlight to grow.

  5. Watering and Fertilizing: Water the seedlings deeply but infrequently, allowing the soil to dry out slightly between waterings. Fertilize the seedlings every two weeks with a balanced fertilizer to encourage healthy growth.

  6. Transplanting: Once the seedlings have developed a few sets of true leaves and are about 6-8 inches tall, they can be transplanted to larger pots. Continue to provide bright, indirect sunlight and regular watering and fertilizing.

Overall, growing Areca palm from seeds can be a rewarding experience, but it requires patience and careful attention to soil, temperature, and light conditions. Once established, Areca palm is a low-maintenance plant that can add beauty and clean air to your home or garden.

Very good looking monitor, I can handle two laptops
Style: 34" WQHD Curved 100Hz USB-C Docking
This has worked fantastic for me. This doesn't have all the huge bells and whistles but right now I have two laptops hooked up to it I'm using a display port when using the USBC, and I have a whole bunch of other things plugged into both laptop USB chords like cameras Bluetooth adapters chargers memory and a mouse and amazingly I can use them both seamlessly I can switch to monitor between inputs and then my mouse and keyboard will work with whichever computer I'm using at the time. In fact just the other day I accidentally have had a window open from one laptop that took up half the screen and then I had the other laptop open with another with the other window and it was kind of slow but it still managed to work pretty well with that one extra window from one laptop and then the other two and the mouse would seamlessly move between them keyboard worked in both of them. This is been a good investment

Perfect office/work USBC monitor with (finally) enough USB ports for your mouse, keyboard, webcam.
Style: 34" WQHD Curved 100Hz USB-C Docking
This is an office monitor NOT a gaming monitor. If you understand that you will be very happy. I spent absolute ages looking for a USB-C/Thunderbolt 4 ultrawide monitor for work that has a built in USB hub. There is nothing more convenient than just plugging a laptop into a USB-C and getting power and all peripherals connected. Gamers will tell you to get a KVM and dock and all kinds of other stuff and they're not wrong but when you're working a 9-5 in tech simplicity and convenience are king. There are a lot of good options for ultrawides from LG and other brands that do this, but for some insane reason they only have two USB ports in their built-in hub. I need ports for my mouse, keyboard, webcam, potentially usb dongle headset. Need 4 ports. This is literally the only option with more than 2 ports for under $800. And it's waaay under $800. And it's great. It has auto dimming which is wonderful and the stronger curve of the monitor is fantastic for being a medium distance away. The 100hz is just icing . Is it as good as 144hz? nah. But for productivity work it's really really good. Everything you need and then some. It has kind of adjustable height with the stand. You can choose between three heights. So no adjustment on the fly. But that's alright. So - if you're looking for the best USBC monitor to connect all your stuff to so you can just plug in your work laptop for a budget.. This is it. The negative reviews here so far are people looking for a gaming monitor or someone who doesn't know how to adjust their operating system scaling.

Works with Mac!
Style: 34" WQHD Curved 100Hz USB-C Docking
This monitor is great. I was suprised on how light it was, as I have a large Asus monitor that is very heavy. I am very happy with quality and it works great with a Mac.

Just a great monitor
Style: 34" WQHD Curved 100Hz USB-C Docking
What a difference. I purchased this screen to replace an older screen. I knew I would see some differences as the screen was a larger size. What I did not expect was the picture quality. It is exceptional. The colors appear to be accurate. Based on the build quality I expect it to be very durable. It has been very capable of running my games. This has been a great purchase.

Didn’t power on, still waiting. . .
Style: 34" WQHD Curved 100Hz USB-C Docking
I received this brand new monitor. It would not power on Amazon did not have any more in stock so it was sent directly to the manufacturer for repair. They have had it for two weeks and are going to have it for another one to two weeks before shipping it back to me and hopefully I’ll actually get to try it out I really hope it’s worth it in the end! Seriously frustrating that a brand new monitor would not even turn on and it’s gonna be at least a month before I even get to try it.
