The Gist
The Siren Overdrive takes all of the classic gutsy mid-to-heavy tube screamer tones and adds two more completely different voices with a little help from the classic JRC 4558 chip.
The Siren Overdrive has three toggle modes:
- Normal - This is the old school tube screamer sound. Plenty of searing mids, big bottom end and a smooth high end.
- Bright - This is a thicker, fuller, warmer version of the Normal tone. A great option for compact or solid state amps.
- Warm - This option is a leaner, more modern tube screamer sound. An option that is especially useful for richer sounding amps.
